  1. What distributions are available?

    We are currently offering 6 Linux Distributions and constantly update our offerings

  2. Do I need a domain name for my VDS?

    Technically a domain name is not required. Your server is assigned a dedicated IP. If you have an existing domain name, or want one transferred please let us know and we will cordiinate the transfer of the domain name so it points to your new server.

  3. What kind of support do you provide?

    Many common support tasks can be accomplished through the use of our Control Panel, which includes backups, restores among and other administrative support tasks. We also have a 24x7 help desk ticket system and after 8 hours receive automatic escalation and phone contact if not resolved. All outages effecting systems are immediately addressed. Average resolution time on tickets is within one hour.


  4. How long after I signup is my server available?

    Your server is available within one hour of signup.

  5. Can I serve games on my VDS?

    Its your server, do as you want as long as it does not violate our Terms of Service

  6. Can I receive system messages on possible problems?

    Yes, We have an independent alerting system, which can notify you when there is a problem with your server. Log into your Control Panel to see more details.

  7. Can I remotely reboot my server if something happens?
    Yes, reboots are fully automated. Just loginto your Control Panel and reboot!

  8. Do you provide backups?
    All our servers have the ability to be backed-up, and save multiple versions.
    It is your responsibility to ensure the backups are initiated however.

  9. How can I access my server remotely?
    SSH is enabled by default. If you need an ssh client we recommend PUTTY

  10. How do I recover the root password?
    Log a help desk ticket and we can recreate a new root password.

  11. How do I cancel my service?
    Log a help desk ticket and we will send a confirmation request. You can cancel your request at any time. Please keep in mind however, we don’t pro-rate fees.

  12. Can I upgrade/downgrade my server after I sign up?
    Yes! We understand your requirements may change. We never charge a fee when migrating to different server plans.If it makes more sense to change server plans we will always let you know.
